- Here at Sidran, we strive to provide quality products that have you looking and feeling your best. If for any reason you would like to return your order, you must do so within 45 days of the delivery date. If your return falls outside the 45-day window, you can still return your item(s) within 90 days for store credit.
- All items submitted for return must be in original condition: meaning unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached.
REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
- Contact our customer service department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling Toll Free at 800-969-5015. Our hours of operation are from 9am – 6pm Monday through Friday.
- All returns must be assigned a Return Authorization number.
PREPARE YOUR ITEM(S) FOR SHIPPING
- Customers may choose a carrier of their choice, however Sidran is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages sent back during the return process. Ship your items in the original packaging to help avoid issues during your return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Sidran is deemed at fault – ie. You were shipped the wrong size, style or a damaged item. If applicable, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be provided to you.
- Please attach the provided RA label securely to the exterior of your package. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip inside the box with your return.

- All refunds will be processed back to the original credit card/gift card used to complete the purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of 15% of the original merchandise price will be deducted from your refund for any returns that do not pass the inspection process.
- Please allow 10 business days from return delivery date to inspect and issue the appropriate credit.
PURCHASES FROM RETAILERS
- We do not accept items of any brand (Cripple Creek, Cowgirl Up, Cowboy Up, Circle S, etc.) that were originally purchased at a third-party retailer. Please contact the retailer to discuss their return process.
